Chairman & CEO
As CEO, Chairman and Co-Founder of Plaza Companies, Sharon Harper oversees all facets of company operations, including the ownership, development, leasing or management of nearly 13 million square feet of Arizona urban transformational projects, medical healthcare companies, senior living communities and bioscience centers.

Mr. Stelzer’s primary responsibilities with the firm include overseeing the companies’ construction of medical, office, healthcare and senior living facilities. He and his team work closely on a wide range of projects, including small physician office remodels, full blown tenant improvement projects and various office clamshell and senior living ventures.

Scott Rubin
Executive Managing Director of Asset Management Services
Scott Rubin has been with the Plaza Companies for more than fifteen years, and currently serves as the Executive Managing Director of Asset Management, and member of the companies Executive Council. Mr. Rubin is responsible for the oversight and performance of Class A Office and Medical Office properties, and includes over 1.5 million square feet of space. Scott is also responsible for the underwriting and asset management decisions for Plaza Companies owned properties.

Margaret Lloyd is Senior Vice President of Brokerage Services with the Plaza Companies. She has spent more than three decades in the commercial real estate industry in Arizona. Since joining Plaza Companies in 2010, she has focused on leasing and sales of more than 750,000 square feet of medical office properties, and she also serves on the Healthcare Leadership Council for GPEC.

As Plaza Companies’ Director of Property & Facilities Services, Ernie Jackson oversees the company’s efforts with regard to third-party real estate and building services operations while serving as a hands-on senior property manager for new portfolios.
Jeanette M.C. Socaciu, CPM, RPA, FMA
Senior Portfolio Manager/Senior Policy Advisor
Jeanette is responsible for managing a portfolio of medical and office buildings in the Phoenix metropolitan area, as well as business park & office condominium associations. She brings to the company her expertise in tenant relations, lease administration, budgeting, accounting, vendor services and association board
meetings.
Melissa Annis is a dedicated Property Manager with 32 years of experience in retail and office properties. Her superior customer service and management skills serve her well in earning and maintaining the trust of clients and colleagues alike. Melissa’s extensive background in property real estate and intuitive strategic thought process as the foundation for every project she takes on.

Susan Byram joined the Plaza Companies team in 2011, and brings to the table more than a decade of project management and construction experience. Her many responsibilities with the with the firm include, but are not limited to, managing commercial developments and tenant improvements, preparing Requests for Proposals, drafting and administering consulting agreements and AIA construction contracts, participating in onsite client meetings, working with municipalities to
expedite reviews and streamline the permitting process, maintaining budget, cost control and schedule for each project, and initiating and maintaining dry utility design and installation for all projects.

Tom Evans oversees a full spectrum of communications, marketing, public relations, public affairs and business development services.
